Do they (fallen angels) retain any abilities that regular humans do not? Do they know they are fallen angels? Do they have wings visible to only those other angels?
At least in this game they do know they are fallen angels. They do not have visible wings. They blend in with the human world. As far as abilities go it's very possible. but it's up to the player to decide what they want.
is it possible to have a human or witch character, with a rare ability beyond their species.. for example, someone having telekinesis?
Yes. There’s various kinds of witches, vampires, warlocks ,ect. It’s possible for a character to just be human and still have some kind of supernatural ability.
